Replacement Policy (For Damaged Products Only)

We provide replacement options only for products that arrive damaged.

To be eligible for a replacement:
  • An uninterrupted opening video of the product must be recorded and shared.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement Process:
  1. Report the Issue
    Contact our customer support team with:

    • Order number

    • Brief description of the damage

    • Photos and opening video of the damaged product

  2. Assessment
    Our team will review the provided evidence to verify the damage.

  3. Replacement Approval
    Once approved, a replacement will be arranged, subject to product availability.

Refunds

  • After inspection and approval, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on the situation.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Items must:

  • Be in original condition with tags attached

  • Be returned within 8 days of delivery (if approved)
